MAKING A PURCHASE
When making a purchase, simply browse through our website or search for exactly what you want using the search bar until you find what you need. Then simply ‘add to basket’, when you have finished shopping simply press ‘check out’. You will be able to edit your basket, cancelling or adding items, at any time up until when you enter your payment details.
PAYMENT AND CURRENCIES
Prices will always be shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, these are processed using Shopify Stripe Payments and PayPal and Klarna secure checkout. Credit cards are pre-authorised immediately using the Shopify Stripe Payments and PayPal and Klarna secure checkout. You can also pay by bank transfer. We also offer Pay Later and if this is available you will be shown this option on the checkout, you will have upto 30 days to pay for any item(s) you purchase from our store via this method. The balance is settled between the consumer and Klarna and if payments are not kept up your credit score may be affected. For the full FAQ on Klarna please refer here. Please note that all necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. However, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply upon delivery.
Here at Storm Desire, we are keen for our customers to buy our products with confidence. All credit card details are processed using Shopify Stripe Payments and Klarna and PayPal secure transaction system. Credit Card details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. Using the Shopify Stripe and PayPal system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and Shopify Stripe and Klarna and PayPal.
COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
If you have entered your payment details and checked out, your package should be being processed. However there are a few cases where we cannot complete your order. This will only occur if the product you have ordered is now out of stock; if your payment was unauthorised; in the instance of a pricing or product description error; or if you fail to meet the eligibility order criteria set out by these terms and conditions.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices shown on the website include VAT, however they exclude delivery. The total price will be shown at the checkout once you have selected a means of delivery.
SPECIAL OFFERS, PROMOTIONAL CODES & SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Typically only one code can be applied per order. All promotional codes exclude sale and beauty items unless stated otherwise. All shipping promotions have a minimum threshold of £20 (threshold applies after any discount has been applied)
