We offer a 28 Day return period, parcels should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, parcels returned after 14 days (but no later than 28 days) will be issued with a store credit.
If your items are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days via email at email@example.com with a picture of the damaged item so we can have this resolved for you free of charge.
If you have received an incorrect item, please email us within 14 days to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have this resolved for you free of charge.
Unless damaged or faulty all returned items must be in a re-sellable and unused condition with all tags intact.
We are unable to offer returns on jewellery, cosmetics, lenses, stick on bras or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Pack your items and include either the packing slip, invoice or returns form in the original packaging (where possible), this allows us to deal with your request in a timely manner.
